15h agoA young cancer survivor is debuting a unique book and game in Westchester this weekend.
New York City teen Hector Avila is teaming with nonprofit Bake Back America to publish his very own book called “The Cool Spy Mission.”
It’s a spy story told through the eyes of a kid.
Sale proceeds will support kids battling cancer at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital.
The book even comes with a board game, which brings an interactive element to the story.
You can meet the author and game creator, David Stark, at Barnes & Noble in Hartsfale Saturday afternoon.
