A baby deer was rescued from a backyard pool in Stony Point after an officer jumped in to save it.
Officer D'Alisera responded last weekend to a resident’s call about a fawn struggling in the water.
Officials said he entered the pool without hesitation and carried the animal to safety.
The rescue was captured on video.
