3ds agoA man accused of driving drunk with a 2-year-old inside the vehicle was arrested Friday in Mount Pleasant, according to police.
Authorities say a state trooper stopped Justin Ebersole, of Brooklyn, on the Taconic State Parkway.
The trooper took him into custody after he failed field sobriety tests. Police say the toddler was released to a sober individual.
Ebersole is due to appear in court in August.
